Online Franchise Game Stuck On Load Screen

Summarize your bug Every time I try to load into my Week 4 game against the CPU my game gets stuck on the loading screen showing the different players for each team. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, removed myself from the league and rejoined. I’ve tried different uniforms, playbooks, everything all to no avail.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Another member of the league has reported the same problem, but deleting and reinstalling solved the issue for them
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck on loading screen showing players for both teams in comparison
What do you expect to see? The actual game

I'm getting sick of this crap they don't seem to care about those of us who bought the game for franchise ... and to think ea used to care about their consumers but apparently we've taken a back seat to their wallets but I promise you if this isn't fixed I will never buy a game with EA attached to it ever again

No changes whatsoever ran thru all of them and still nothing

Kent, I’ve gone through all troubleshooting with the EA help team, from deleting and reinstalling. Deleting all game files from cloud and console. Power cycling console and router. Using different playbooks, coaches, uniforms. I restored licenses and the database of the console with no luck. I’ve had 2 other users with the same issue in the same franchise.

Gotcha, thanks for giving it a shot. You mentioned that some of the people in your league were able to get around it after reinstalling? It's not affecting everyone in the league?

Not all at once, in various weeks it will affect a different user. The only way they can keep their team is if that week is simmed but they don’t get to play. This could potentially happen during the playoffs
