Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to garage select your car go to paint & wraps then go next to edit wrap.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't see any community wraps
What do you expect to see? I expect to see community wraps that I can apply to my car.

Were you connected to other players when the bug occurred? No
When I try to use the community wraps I get the error share disabled-no custom wrap. I already did 2 each of the speed traps and speed runs and did my first multiplayer match and my privacy settings are set up correctly. On the xbox version which I beat the game and did a * ton of those speed runs and speed traps it never got enabled.
