Octane jump pad sound bug/glitch

@Doosnobs I have the exact same problem. It's too annoying. Even you don't need to pick Octane. When you use his jumpad the glitch occurs. This must be fixed ASAP!

Also notice that before the sound plays there is a usual FPS drop. My computer gets 30 FPS from the usual 60 but sometimes it is not so bad (drops to 50). My computer is burning-hot while I play Octane.
