Objectives not being recognized as completed

I got a quick response, but it was pretty generic. No explanation on why the problem occurred. Basically said he’d pass it on to someone else and hope that they’d take a good luck at the issue. Offered me a pro pack for my troubles. No mention of actually obtaining the all star badge reward that was promised. Ugh.

EA compensated us today with 2x 3 All Star badges pack, 100 NBA cash and a gold objective token.Today's objectives worked fine, we can now conclude this problem as resolved. Thanks to EA for doubling the reward, this was a fair one.

I have completed all the daily objectives, but I didn't receive the Elite objective token...there's a bug and it gets me that I have completed 39/40...but I have done all of them.
