unable to edit clothes in CAS after downloading werewolves

It's hard to explain my problem, I know there's a format to this but I forgot. 

I'm on my pc, I own all expansion, game, and stuff packs. Some of the kits, I think none of the furniture kits. 

I'm having a hard time formulating the sentence to explain my problem, so... picture's worth a thousand words.

Basically, it sounds like all your Sims in that household are now named Cassandra Talla (at least in CAS?).  If this thread looks like your issue, you should click "me, too" on the first post.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Choose to create a sims via Story 2. Pick options that result in a Werewolf 3. Pick out outfits for normal sim 4. Switch to werewolf mode and change fur color 5. Switch back to normal sim and attempt to open CAS options
What happens when the bug occurs? After switching from werewolf mode to normal mode in CAS the menus for clothing do not load/are completely blank.
What do you expect to see? Normal CAS interface
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After 01/17/23 patch and installing the bathroom clutter and simtimates kits.

I tried to get screenshots but when you camera shot CAS it removes the interface anyway

@forensicgeek You could try using your device's in-built screenshot functionality if you have one. I'm only familiar with Windows devices, but on W11 and W10, the default is Win+Alt+PrtSc. Have you tried doing a game repair? Does this occur only with Werewolves created through Story Mode, or is it affecting any Werewolves made in CAS, in any way?

I tested this now and can confirm it. 😅

No matter what you click on, you do not get the option to choose other clothes. This was really strange! 🤔

@Simskrystallen Have you tested creating a Werewolf Sim not through the story function, to check if this happens just in Story Mode? (Also, would it be possible for you to provide which packs you do not have? It may be relevant.)

I'm just tested the story mode. I have turned off my computer, but i will check it out tomorrow. :-)
