[W] Bitten npc's are stuck in rampage in their human form [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All game packs, all stuff packs, and expansion packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a werewolf in your household. Have your rampaged werewolf bite an npc without their consent during the full moon at night after 10 o'clock.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bitten npc will eventual rampage and run by your sims house on all fours in their human form. Also npc will be stuck in continuous rampage.
What do you expect to see? Bitten npc run by sims house while rampaging in werewolf form on all fours, and not get stuck in continuous rampaging.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I tested this on a new save without mods and got the same results as above. Bitten npc's  get stuck in continuous rage.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play with werewolves pack
What happens when the bug occurs? Townies from moonwood mill are unable to transform back to humans and are stuck in a rampage
What do you expect to see? Werewolves townies to turn back to human after the full moon and after rampage is complete
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

After playing for a few weeks with the werewolves pack I noticed that townies in moonwood mill were unable to turn back to their human forms after a full moon and were constantly rampaging even after just finishing a rampage or being pacified.

I’m having this issue as well. Basically my teen werewolf sim had went to prom and I didn’t realize it was a full moon. While there he had his furst transformation and instantly got negative relationship with everyone there. Tried to have him regain control, no luck. Had him go home and waited to be able to try again, no luck, tried again, no luck. Tried the tip of cheating needs and exiting the game. Came back, no luck. He now has 0% fury but is still rampaging. :/ Really sucks cuz he’s my favorite.

@katamhThanks so much for these instructions. Had a sim werewolf daughter go off to college and when she came home the parents were in full rage form but acting normal with no option to transform back. Taking their rage down with somber howl, then going into cas full edit mode and coming back out gave them their transformation ability back. I was wondering why so many townies just never returned to human form but were friendly in their rage form. 

I'm guessing it's not widely reported because not a lot of folks are playing with a rotational werewolf family yet.

@ThePlumpSimmer If you have testing cheats enabled true, you can shift click on your werewolf and select the cheat needs options, then fill needs. It resets their fury meter and I believe it fixes them, however, I could be wrong.

My werewolf is stuck in fury mode too. It came up that he had mastered changing form but I don't have any options to change him back as he is stuck in a fury and is just rampaging everywhere. Before the high school pack the werewolves were working perfectly. But now theres bug after bug. I also have the bug where new werewolves turn out black{ more like a negative where there is no color}

Hello, I just made an account to ask about this issue. I apologise in advance if this is the wrong part of the forum, I was unsure where to post this. 

To summarize, I have a Werewolf sim (not turned, they were made as one in CAS) That entered a rampage after getting maximum fury and it never went down. They're consistently stuck in Werewolf form, still able to preform most ordinary tasks, but will decrease their friendship with most sims in their household as they weren't in human form long enough for negotiation (some sims in the household outright hate them because of this). Some other things I should mention:

- This sim was given a custom pattern using the paint tool, which might affect it.

- this happened very early onto the sim's existence so I do not have Transformation Mastery on this sim.

- I have already tried the make happy cheat and saving and restarting several times.

- I'm playing on Xbox one s, not sure if that changes anything.

please let me know if there is a way to fix this.
