I don't have the save file anymore, I was having major Windows issues today and reset my PC so I am going to have to reinstall all, if the new game still has this issue I will let you know. The thing is, I never noticed this before either as I usually just grab a gallery lot, stick it on the lot and I'm good to go. This time I tried to build from scratch on Comfy Cubby and I was getting this error.

Interesting. After I reinstalled my game, I no longer have this issue with the lot. As to why I experienced this issue in the first place, would just be speculation, as I really have no idea why it happened. It was quite frustrating, hence my earlier post but now it seems returned to sanity.
