[NEEDS INPUT] Trash Cans Texture Glitch [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find the "Starlit Children's Wastebasket" and Baby's First Wastebasket" In Buy Mode(These aren't under kids section for some reason)
What happens when the bug occurs? When you place trash in it, there's a texture glitch that makes it the color of the trash can. This occurs with the last 3 or 4 swatches of each item.
What do you expect to see? Correct Texture
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
