Distorted/Transparent Swimming Pool Walls [ Edited ]

I've been able to create some new pools without issues on different lots in other worlds (such as Willow Creek), but I'm still having problems creating pools in other areas, like the Creek Corner Cove lot in Strangerville. I'm still not using any terrain manipulation when I build and always use the custom pool tool.
