Playing without any cc my sim wears an astronaut helmet along with towel makes the spa pretty unusable.

Having the same problem with towel outfits everyone at the gym everyone will be wearing hats and socks after a shower including played sims.

This solution worked for this issue with beekeeping hat.
Removal the localtumbcatche.package file from the game folder and repair the game on Origin,
