Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler grab a serving from a family meal.
What happens when the bug occurs? The toddlers will not always fill their hunger bar to full and will place their unfinished plates down on the floor, or the top of half walls.
What do you expect to see? Toddlers finishing their whole meal before dropping their plate and the eating action from queue.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

This toddler almost filled their hunger bar, while their twin did fill theirs completely. Sometimes both of the toddlers will put their plates down before finishing and sometimes only one will. The amount of hunger left varies also.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler use the potty and get it dirty so it needs to be changed. Have a trashcan close and try to clean the potty. Also try feeding the toddler.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to clean the dirty potty and it tells me I need a trashcan to do so. I have 3 in the house. 2 inside and the large one outside. I also try to feed my toddlers and I have to keep telling them over and over again to eat because they stop eating after just one or two bites.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to clean the toddler potty since I have a trashcan and I also want to be able to tell my toddler to eat just the one time and not have to basically sit on top of them like a hawk and almost neglect everything else so they don't get taken away for not being fed.

It didn't catch the trashcan on the first floor outside. I also have one on the first, second and third floor. I'm doing the apocalypse challenge so can only build in an 8x8 build at the moment.

@Lisathia Since you are on the legacy edition, some of the toddler issues isn't fixed on that.

Do you actually need the legacy edition ? Are you on a 32 bit Windows ?

I didn't download the legacy edition I don't think. I looked online to see the most recent edition because I have auto updates on. I don't know how to see what number I am on.

@Lisathia Your version number: 1.58.69.1610 says you're using the legacy edition.

Ok, so I just found out how to find my game version and I have  1.58.69.1010.

I just went online last time to see what the latest version was. I didn't know there were two different ones. I just knew I had auto updates set so I would have the latest version. I never knew how to find out what version I had until now. I didn't know I had to go into documents\Electronicarts\The Sims 4 and find a file called GameVersion. txt. Then I had to open that with any a text editor to find out what version I had.

What happens when the bug occurs? Toddler eats a meal only till ~ 80% hunger bar and puts away plate with rest of food.
What do you expect to see? toddler eats a full meal when they are still (a little) hungry

@rottenmeier There was another report for console of it not working properly but I can't duplicate it.

Did you queue anything after the eating ? Did you feed them with or without high chair ?
