As the title says, if you enter to the limited CAS(the one you can't change any aspect of the sim but outfits and hair) from manage households, you can change completly your sim(body, face, skin tone, Etc.) with the "randomize with a sim from the gallery". If you enter through "make outfits" on live mode, the option is disabled. I haven't tried other ways to access to the limited CAS for now so if there is any other, please tell me or test it yourselves.

 

This is with the cristmas patch
