Product: The Sims 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in Willow Creek-Where the Goths Live. It's the side-walk near the water.
What happens when the bug occurs? There's an exposed spot, in the ground when it snows there
What do you expect to see? No exposed spot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I can confirm that I see this spot in my game as well.  It can be observed when there is no snow as well:



It's basically a spot where the sidewalk has been elevated above the surrounding terrain that might not look too odd except for its more abrupt look when there's snow and the fact that at the intersection, the side of the joining sidewalk is colored green.  Will add to our list.

I love to troubleshoot and help resolve issues, but I do not work for EA and am doing this on a volunteer basis. Please be patient, as sometimes life happens, and it may take me a bit to get back to you.
