[OPEN] Step on curved deck causes visual glitch

[ Edited ]
★★ Apprentice

Product: The Sims 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Cats & Dogs EP, Adventure GP, Pets SP, Laundry SP, and Toddler SP
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a deck with rounded corners and a straight section between the rounded corners. Place a set of steps on the straight part one tile away from where the curve starts on the left side.
What happens when the bug occurs? The one tile section develops a curve.
What do you expect to see? I expect that straight section to stay straight.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

If the steps are placed or slid, more than one tile distance from the left curve then the straight section stays straight. Also, if the steps are moved/placed right beside where the curve starts, there is no displacement. This does not occur on the right side curve.

Yes, I remember reporting this one in the past.  Will add to the list.

I love to troubleshoot and help resolve issues, but I do not work for EA and am doing this on a volunteer basis. Please be patient, as sometimes life happens, and it may take me a bit to get back to you.
