When opening household, returns to manage world [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I go to select a household to play, it shows the loading screen but then returns to the 'manage worlds' screen. I cannot open the game I am currently playing and cannot play my household. I'm worried I will lose my progress.

What do you expect to see? Usually, you select a household to play and it shows the loading screen and then opens your household.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

When I go to select a household to play, it shows the loading screen but then returns to the 'manage worlds' screen. I cannot open the game I am currently playing and cannot play my household. I'm worried I will lose my progress. I have no MODS downloaded on my game and I've tried repairing the game twice. I am fully up to date.

@wbaokay Did you travel to the Onsen for the snow festival or anything along these lines ?

Any error message when you're booted back to the map ?

I was about to plan a mountain climb excursion when it started, but didn’t go to sky festivals. And no- no error messages

@wbaokay yeah, it's the mountain excursion issue then. Does it re-occcur when you leave without saving and load the save again ? Did you save when trying to plan the excursion ?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let us go to the Onsen lot without error  and accessing Mt. Komorebi and festivals 

What happens when  bug occurs? When travelling to the Onsen bathhouse to use the  Mt. Komorebi  Excursion: Onsen Lot shows as generic Llama pic/ Breaks Game
What do you expect to see? No error when travelling to the onsen bathhouse  and accessing Mt. Komorebi and festivals  without error

Location only offered as 'Generic' with grey llama icon. If I proceed from here, when I select the sim going on the Mountain Excursion I am redirected back to the world selection menu. If I try to select this sim again, I am redirected back to the world selection menu every time.

Yes it just keeps happening again and again. I got save & exit the first time I left the game because of that issue and every time after I’ve exited without saving

If it keeps happening even without trying the excursion again, that's probly the only option
