Sims not change winter clothes when come into house

i have the same thing my sims dont change from winter to normale clothes when thay walk back inside the house.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC

 Which language are you playing the game in? Dutch
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send your sims inside when it's winter.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims won't change into normal outfits when they come back in, even though the thermostate is on warm. you have to tell them to change back 
What do you expect to see? Sims changing their clothes inside to normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? a few, 1 or them is mccc, but i can play without that and it still happends.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Next to this there are more "bugs", like the one where they stand around...like other simmers already described, stand there, do nothingggg, until it is almost to late to eat, sleep, pee etc, unless i make them do it. and yes autonomy is on.

And my male gardeners keep wearing female shoes...no idea why, some prob. like it

Yes, that is it for me now, most annoying 1 is the winter clothes one.

What is your current game version number? updated 3 days ago
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL of them, but the key pack is SEASONS
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if its a bug, if its just a neglect in game-developing.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything with changing outfits seem to be fine but this - sims are getting inside random house and they can be in outerwear all day and all night indoors.
What do you expect to see? I think Sims should know, that indoors are warm, and weather can't touch them there so they could take off these warm clothes...

I tried vanilla game (without mods) with new update - and still they don't change outerwear to regular (everyday) clothes when they finally at home... so i am not sure if its a bug O_O

Sorry to bother you but, would you be able to upload your saves using the channels mentioned in the instructions? OneDrive or Google Drive.

Sadly those are the only channels where we can get saves from.
