[OPEN] [S] Freeze to death while playing in sprinklers in Summer

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.45.62.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you get a sim (It might only work on kid sims but I'm not too sure) to play in sprinklers in the Summer.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get my sim to play in the sprinklers and they get the freeze to death moodlet even though it's Summer.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see no moodlet saying my sim is freezing to death.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated to patch 1.45.62.1220
...
I've tested this and can't replicate in my game.
Few questions
- Does it have to be a heatwave day or does that not matter ?
- How long did you have them play ?
- Which outfit category ?
