Re: [TO TEST] Rotational play causes Sims to miss work

I work around this by always playing a household until 6am before saving and switching, because most sims will not be working at that time when I arrive to play them.

In cases where I have seen this, I could quickly click every sim and resend them to work. But it would be nice if you arrived and the game had already done it for you.

Still can't duplicate this as for me, they are at work as they should. I vaguely remember there being a separate issue if you leave your sim at a community lot but I haven't tried that yet.

Think there's another thread on that somewhere (yes, too lazy to search right now)

aw, i looked but can't find anything else, only what we've been talking about here.
that bit about them being at the community lot is the most annoying one... when you get back to that Sim and it's job time... they have to stop by home before work. XD

Going to change this to feedback to see how many people still see this issue.

I'm rotating between households. I will switch between households and sims will be missing school/work. No mods, only citylife and G2G.

Yeah, this is another first day bug, old as life, and it's still there.

It probably happens to sims you aren't playing at the time being summoned to community lots during their work hours and when you switch to their house it recalls them home, but not to work.

For example if you take your sim to the gym, then you spot another playable sim there working out during the day when they are meant to be at work or school. So you save and go back to manage worlds and switch to that sim's house, their pic should be greyed out saying they're at the gym, but then you pick another sim who is at home and launch the house, it recalls the sim back from the gym.

I've only played one household/family usually, but am now exploring into several families. Is this a bug or just how the game plays? I am also rotating families through the day(s) to see where progress is and no one is going to work/school in my Played Households list! This makes me sad. No one is making $ and skills as the days go by especially now with having seasons and the calendar Frown
