I'm getting the same issue, it's frustrating. It's making maintaining multiple relationships impossible as well as being just annoying.

This has been happening to me too, my sims romantic relationship will go from 100% to red within one to two sims days. They're both very satisfied so I don't understand why it's declining so quickly. Its making me very upset because they're currently raising 3 children have demanding jobs and extensive hobbies and it doesn't seem like I can focus on any of that stuff because I'm trying to keep their romantic relationship from going into the negative.

Sims who aren't already married & living together have the romance bar emptied after about half a day of not being together. So it could be full romance and then they say goodbye and go to sleep, when they wake up the romance bar is empty. Makes it impossible to have any romances and proceed with my gameplay story plots. Currently have a world full of teens i was trying to get into relationships with each other but there's no way of doing that now.

I had this same issue where I had a married couple with 2 kids. They had amazing compatibility, were soul mates, attracted to each other, and satisfied in their relationship, but as soon as 1 of my sims went to work for the day, the romance bar was completely gone when they got home and they were on the brink of divorce!
I read in previous comments that fears could be causing the rapid relationship decay, and sure enough, 1 of the sims had a fear of being cheated on and the other had a fear of being alone, so I ended up turning off wants and fears, and I have not had the rapid relationship decay anymore!
