[OPEN] Certain seeds can not be purchased in build mode (level 10) [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.44.88
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go into build mode to purchase rare seed pack with level 10 gardening skill or those that require level 5
What happens when the bug occurs? rare seeds as well as all seeds that require level 5 or 10 gardening skill are locked
What do you expect to see? go to purchase seeds with level 10 gardening skill and to be able to do so.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Hi Crin,

I tried several times last night while playing and all the seed packs that require a level 5 or 10 gardening skill are locked and when I hover over them it says I need to be a level 10 gardener.  My Sim is a level 10 gardener, so I am not sure why it won't unlock.  Thanks for your help.

Could you try a fresh save for testing purposes ?

This happened to me too.  My sim is lvl 10 gardener and I can’t buy them in build/buy.  My sim was able to buy them in live mode by clicking on the planters though.

Hi Crin,
I did a fresh save and repaired the game, I am still unable to purchase the seeds. I will try buying them in live mode as mentioned in the response above and let you know if that works.

I just tried to purchase them in live mode and was able to purchase the seeds by clicking on the planters as well.

Going to tag this as needs input as I've seen a few reports on the officials about this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into Buy Mode "Activities and Skills" >> "Outdoor Activities" and try to purchase the seed packets shown in one of the attached images.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't buy them.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to buy them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I think it came with Seasons EP.
