[OPEN] Random Influence Point Icon Appearing Randomly (no ECO) [ Edited ]

What is your current game version number? 1.26.54.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except: Eco Lifestyle, Realm of Magic, Moschino, Fitness Stuff, My First Pet Stuff, Bowling Night, Kids Room, Spooky Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into CAS via a dresser or mirror then go back into Live Mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The icon for influence points appears over my Sim’s head, even though I don’t own Eco Lifestyle.
What do you expect to see? No icon.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The pre-Eco Lifestyle patch (June 3rd)

In the first picture you can see the icon to the left of the sim’s plumbob the moment the game loads.

In the second pic you can see the faded icon and the second part of the action.

I believe the action she does is the action that corresponds to getting an Influence Point but I’m not 100% sure.

I have seen this with child, teen, and adult sims.

Same thing is happening to me, I don't own the Eco Lifestyle pack but am getting the Influence Point icon appearing over my sims when exiting CAS since the June 3rd patch. Is it a bug or by design?

I’ve also noticed that it appears on babies above their bassinets as well.

My sims just had triplets, and the babies got influence points, I’m confused as why this is happening?

I remember it appearing before I got Eco Lifestyle for sure. I've seen my dog getting the point above his head while we were walking unless it was my Sim getting the point and it just appeared there?

Last night while playing my Sim got points while sleeping and I don't know why lol.

same here. don't own EL either. removed mods and repaired game. tested different saves. often, i'll load a household and random Sims will have the influence point appear over their head.

Babies are getting influence icons in my game too. Also random influence icons on top of other sims without actually gaining any influence. Just the icon glitch.

I do own EL however. No mods/CC.
