Realm of Magic tights/leggings don't work with bodysuit on female Sims

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? updated by Origin
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? cast sim and make wear new realm of magic outfit
What happens when the bug occurs? she cant wear any of leggings with one of the outfits
What do you expect to see? her wearing the leggings

Sims cant wear any leggings with this one piece outfit from realm of magic dlc

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a female build Sim in the new RoM bodysuit. Then try to add leggings or tights underneath it. Alternatively, have a Sim wear leggings or tights and then choose the new bodysuit.
What happens when the bug occurs? The leggings or tights are applied (highlighted in the selector) but don't show on the Sim.
What do you expect to see? The Sim wearing the selected tights or leggins while wearing the new bodysuit.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The bug is specific to Realm of Magic.
This bug is specific to Sims with the female build. Tights and leggings work as expected on masculine-build Sims. Every other lower body item works okay, this only affects the leggings category.
