Hi did you get to the bottom of what was causing it. I have the same problem on the Xbox. The spouse gets upset and recognises that he’s been cheated on and so does my character but the counter for it doesn’t go up. I’ve never used any cheats either.

I see three possible ways this could've been implemented:
- That the Player trait is temporarily inactive while a sim has the Villainous Valentine aspiration
- That Sims with the Player trait get the "Get caught cheating" counting up if they're cheating, but the witnessing Sim doesn't get sad or angry (maybe they could get tense instead?)
- That the "Get caught cheating" milestone is auto-filled for Sims with the Player trait

Personally I would make it so that instead of only counting when your sim is caught cheating, I would add to it and make it so that it also counts if another sim is caught cheating because they were seen flirting with your sim. I feel it would still fit the overall theme of the aspiration, plus would work well with the goal of breaking up couples. Players wouldn't have to worry about having the Player trait or not, plus if for some reason the original way just wasn't working it would add a second way to achieve the goal.

Another idea I have is to completely change that goal for sims with the Player trait. Set some sort of flag where if the game sees the sim has the trait, change the goal of getting your sim caught to a goal of getting other sims caught.

Also make sure you don't have the "Free Love" NAP in effect (it's part of Eco Living DLC).

To check, you can hit CTRL + Shift + C to open the cheat console. Then type "testingcheats on" without the quotation marks, hit enter.

Now you can shift + click on the mailbox and use the Remove NAP's option.

There are three instances (jealousy broadcasters) linking to loot_Aspiration_Heartbreaker_TrackCheating and in all three cases loot action is blocked by trait_Player. Removing those blacklists shouldn't have any negative effect on how said reward trait works. So why is it so hard to fix it?

Even if spouse doesn't care, cheating is cheating.

I've been having an issue with this as well,

I do have MC command center, i turned on 'No Jealousy' beforehand, and I tried turning it back off, restarting the game like it said to do

And attempted to get caught cheating

It still didn't work.

Could it be somethin else i set that i dont remember?

I'd prefer not to have to reset all my settings.

So they finally updated those jealousy broadcaster files (even added two more) and still no fix? Is it because cheating on somewhile while having Player trait has no negative consequences (which goes against aspiration goal of destroying relationships)? At that point I'm pretty sure this won't change ever.

Yeah I'm having this issue too, I've tried different sims too. No matter who I cheat on it's not going up.
