How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game only
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have Player trait Sim cheat in presence of their significant other
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. No reaction, no progress
What do you expect to see? Counter going up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The following lines (appearing in all three jealousy broadcasters) are keeping Sims who've already completed Serial Romantic from fulfilling new aspiration task:

I’m trying to complete this new aspiration but I’m having difficulty completing the ‘ get caught cheating’ part. It says to perform romantic socials to someone who isn’t your significant other, while your significant other is nearby. I keep doing this but it’s not adding to the aspiration count. Any ideas anyone??! Thanks 😊

@liseylooloo according to OP report yes, that seems the issue.

@crinrict Is there a way to temporarily remove a trait?? I can see why the whole jealousy thing isn’t working with the player trait- it’s kinda obvious!!

@liseylooloo("testingcheats on" then) "traits.remove_trait trait_Player" and once you're done with the new aspiration: "traits.equip_trait trait_Player" (as it's currently not possible to complete the same aspiration twice)

Game should, imo, differentiate between merely getting caught (SO being aware of it) and reaping the consequences.

The whole point of that trait is that the spouse will NEVER get jealous.

a little strange that they didn't add a warning or something that the aspiration is conflicting with that trait or when u chose the serial one that it will conflict with that aspiration

@liseylooloo Have you tried throwing a party, I found that this was the quickest way to complete the get caught cheating part .
