This still happens to me too! I haven't been able to order any type of pizza for (real life) years. I am learning that there are certain times you can't order via this thread, but I've had dozens of brand new saves and no one has ever gotten a pizza. Maybe 2017 was the last time I actually had one show up. Just commenting since this is still open that it is still happening in new saves, in every world I've tried (Willow Creek, Newcrest, Brindleton Bay, Windenburg, and Britechester). I've tried with Adults, Young Adults, Teens and Children. Always get the notification that the pizza is on the way and it never shows. I've even been able to order many pizzas and it never shows that one is on the way. Hope this helps!

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I have tested without and in a new save with a fresh install.
