Pizza bug?

I tried testing my family by removing the trait Private Dwelling at my house, and actually after a few minutes the pizza arrived without a problem, and it was the cheese one too, so yes, the Private Dwelling trait does conflict with pizza deliveries.

Not sure if somebody write it here, but also happend to me if pizza deliver boy (girl) is just walking around your place - and they do it quite often. They cannot be visible on your lot or any place around what you can see from your lot. Then pizza will not be delivered. If you wait with call after delivery boy finish his walk and disappear, pizza will be delivered.

This still happens to me too! I haven't been able to order any type of pizza for (real life) years. I am learning that there are certain times you can't order via this thread, but I've had dozens of brand new saves and no one has ever gotten a pizza. Maybe 2017 was the last time I actually had one show up. Just commenting since this is still open that it is still happening in new saves, in every world I've tried (Willow Creek, Newcrest, Brindleton Bay, Windenburg, and Britechester). I've tried with Adults, Young Adults, Teens and Children. Always get the notification that the pizza is on the way and it never shows. I've even been able to order many pizzas and it never shows that one is on the way. Hope this helps!

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I have tested without and in a new save with a fresh install.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@AcaciaCEJ have you tried downloading the latest patch from July 20 (yesterday)? That includes an update to food delivery services, including the introduction of the Zoomers Food Delivery service.

I have ordered pizza, zoomers, and none of it is showing up. I had the private dwelling trait on my lot when I ordered it. After searching I removed it and the food still won’t show up.

@L3m0nR4t Did you reorder after removing the private dwelling lot trait, or do you just mean the original order never arrived?

I never had any issues with ordering pizza before, although last time I ordered it half a year ago. Today instead of getting ordered pizza I got notification "You didn't show up to claim your pizza, so I charged you $25 and left it outside for ants to enjoy". I checked the whole neighborhood and couldn't find neither pizza nor delivery guy.

This may be related to "Sims fails to order pizza delivery if something queued afterwards" issue. I was completing "You and Your phone" discovery quest so my child sim had inviting Billie Jang queued after delivery. It's difficult to tell, but I think Billie arrived at the same time when "pizza for ants" notification popped up.

Mods/CC: Yes, but as I said earlier - they never caused this issue before.
