Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm playing in Oasis Springs - Bedrock Strait - Sandtrap Flat. My Sim (single female) is a Detective (4). Time - 8:00 PM She orders pizza (Canadian Bacon), the action starts, makes selection of pizza, does not get confirmation of pizza to be delivered. This is the 3rd attempt, and 3rd failure.
What happens when the bug occurs? She doesn't get a pizza. The call ends without confirmation.
What do you expect to see? I expect the confirmation at the end of the call action and the pizza to be delivered.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I’ve played this game for a year. I have tried ordering pizza multiple times, different households/lots. I’ve never had pizza delivered.

I've had this glitch forever, I place an order for a pizza and it never arrives, no matter which one I order, or how long I wait. It never even sends a notification letting me know it's on it's way. It just simply never arrives. I own all the packs (kits, game, expansion, stuff and the free stuff) everything is up to date, repairing the game doesn't work. Turning on/off laptop mode doesn't do anything. My CC and mods are not enabled. Enabling or disabling them doesn't work. Restarting my laptop doesn't do anything. Closing all my computers current actions at once, and then rebooting doesn't do anything. I am fully confident this is not an issue with my laptop, as I am not the only one who has this glitch, either.

I also don't see a point in submitting a photo as literally nothing happens.

My game won't deliver anything but cheese or pepperoni  pizza. It's been this way since the first time I started the game lol.

I have the same bug (on PC, vanilla). It starts after the first order on the same lot. The second pizza and all others never arrive, the notification is missing, too. It happens in different worlds with different sims and all pizza types.

What happens when the bug occurs? Order a cheese pizza. It doesn't work. The other pizzas do work. But what about the cheese one? And also, if I try to take a slice with group when the club is gathering at my Sim's home, some cannot take a slice (the footsteps icon thought bubble appears). I tried to transfer the pizza somewhere, call to meal again but some of them cannot take a slice.
What do you expect to see? I dunno, maybe please fix it? Or is it just me?
