[OPEN] [PS] Huge FPS loss when taking Pictures [ Edited ]

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.20.101.3400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything Available
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a sim to take a picture with another sim using the camera
What happens when the bug occurs? There is a huge FPS loss after the photo's are taken.
What do you expect to see? No FPS loss after taking a photo.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

[XBOX] It's not just taking photos. Game lags whenever multiple of those green pop up icons (relationship/fame/reputation etc) are triggered.

@PoptartJuniper I'm on xbox one and also have this issue when my sims paints from reference.
Also, how come this thread is so short? Is EA ignoring it or is there a double thread I'm missing?

@xoxoZina I'm sure there's a lot of threads, since there's a lot of things that trigger fps drops. On PC you can simply enter the main menu (using esc) and leave it again, it somehow instantly removes all fps drops. Not sure if this works on consoles too
