Adding a "Me Too" to this bug, I've had this issue since the pack came out (I think) but it's still there to this day. Similar to jam-making, where extra bottles will just appear on the ground, but this one seems more like it would be an issue of a missing animation.

April 2024, still happening. Blink and you miss it t-pose when remedy is finished, bottle ends up on ground, sim resets and queue is emptied. Other sims nearby also reset.
