Notification when commenting the own gallery profile page

I’m having this issue, but I’m receiving notifications every time I favorite an item (not mine), I received a notification “Aeren90 favorited X”, as if I’m following myself, I’ve never had this issue until last patch.

This exact thing just happened to me! I have never had it happen before, I feel like I'm narrating my own gallery actions
