[OPEN] Nanocan not giving simoleans

Yes, same issue. New can. No money. Happens w or w/o mods/cc installed.

I miss that ca-ching after dropping in my plates.

Definitely a new bug.

If a sim drops something into the nanocan, they get simoleons. If I do it, it does the trash animation but no sound or simoleons.

It's also not working on the PS4... **Le sigh** Why would they do this to my struggling Sims...

Mine doesn’t give for plates but if the sim throws waste from the potty or scraps from plates I get 10 simoleans

I'm having the same issue but I play on console Xbox One happened after the latest update/patch

Same here! I was playing the game up until the 6/3 update and it was giving simoleans and when I went into the same household after the update it is no longer working. I have tried restarting, replacing the can, etc. I have no mods or cc on my current computer.

Nanocan Touchless Trash Can seems to be broken. Ever since the new patch, it's not giving me money like it's supposed to.

It was STILL broken even when I launched the game without my mods folder.

Do I have to have an eco-friendly footprint now to get money from it, or is it just a bug?!

@Epierc32Edit: It still gives me money if I have a sim throw stuff into it, but not if I click-and-drag.

This is starting to sound like it's by design.
