[OPEN] Infants spawning outside of home after loading back in [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Leave a lot with twin infants inside of their home and go to a different lot or the world screen. When returning back to the home one or both infants will be outside of the house--almost always very far away
What happens when the bug occurs? One or both infants spawns outside of the home
What do you expect to see? When I load back into my household with twin infants, one or both of the infants have spawned outside of the house and far away
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Happened after the infant patch

@SimmrUndr Can you duplicate this on any lot or just that specific one ? Which lot is this ?

It's on all houses...my sims were originally living Willow Creek and when loading ack into the house the twin infants would spawn off lot. I moved them to San Sequoia and the same thing happened which prompted me to report this bug.

I live in the apartment in an evergreen harbor, and when Sims come home from the outside, they find babies placed far from the lot

I have had this happen in my game as well. This is happening in Copperdale, with only one infant. Each time I leave the infant at home (with other Sims still at home), she has respawned to one of the furthest away lots, and is also usually in pretty bad shape— multiple negative moodlets, dirty, hungry, overheating from the weather etc. and with immediate notification that I need to feed her before she gets taken away. No mods or cc installed.

@crinrict Sorry for my inaccuracy. Just one infant and I have only one. I found he was near spawn point in the storm with his mat
