@zoiee2020 This worked for me, thanks! Only thing that I had to cheat in was the parenting traits (manners, responsibility etc) she had gained from aging up originally.

@brigidnouveau My one Sim she aged from teen to young adult with acne and now she permanently has it. She can't do any of the actions on the mirror that take care of it because those as far as I can tell are teen only actions.

I just discovered this, as well. I'm going to have to be way more vigilant about acne with my Sims.

Hi, I am having the same issue with my adult Sims having acne. I just wonder, Where do I go to turn that option off? Where are the "pack settings" please? Thank you.

Just experienced this as well. Despite using apply cleanser when my sim was a teen, when they aged up to YA, they still have acne.

Edit: Forgot to add, if you disable acne and restart, they should be gone, this worked for me. Turned them back on now, so we will see in the future.

I just had this issue, I didn't realize if you level up a teen and they have acne this will happen. I tried turning off the setting for acne and it didn't work. I didn't want to age her down to lose all progress. I saved, exited came back, turned the acne option back ON, then turned it off again and it fixed it.
