[OPEN] [HSY] Social Bunny No Followers/Not increasing [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open social bunny app and look at followers
What happens when the bug occurs? no followers shown even though notification appears that my sim has gained followers from selling outfit on trendy
What do you expect to see? follower count going up on social bunny
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

@juicylucy73 Did you test if travelling triggers the number to update ?

Also if you click on check followers on trendy, does that show the correct number ?

I'm not sure about the social bunny followers being the same as trendy. Haven't figured that out yet. I def have more on trendy than my Sims shows on the social bunny app.

@crinrict Yes I have tried travelling… I’ve tried resetting the game and console! Tried everything I can think of. The number of followers just remains at 0 no matter what I do!

@juicylucy73 I'm having this issue too in the Mac version of the game. Restarted game, tried travelling, checked Trendi and Simstagram followers and still 0 on Social Bunny with good relationships.

@lunawunacat Could you check if you have any files called lastException in your doc folder ?

Best is to delete any you have now, then trigger the bug and see if new ones are created.

@lunawunacat Same, also playing on Mac. Weirdly, it's happening only to one of my sims (the most active one on Social Bunny), while others get followers (even if very, very slowly).
