[OPEN] Guitar Song Bug - Songs End Abruptly [ Edited ]

The following video shows bug where guitar songs are being abruptly cut before the song is fully played to the end.
I don't know how many songs this effects, but there are more songs than I've shown in the video.

I've done a full reinstall of Origin and The Sims 4 twice.
Never used mods or CC.

Played three songs to show the bug. The links are a few second before each song stops:

Several songs also end abruptly on the violin as well.
After some extensive game play about half of the guitar and violin songs cut off abruptly.
