What happens when the bug occurs? the feet are under the ground
What do you expect to see? the feet should be on the ground
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The table and chairs from the neighborhood of Magnolia Promenade are lower than the ground level.

I can confirm that I am seeing the same glitch in my game in that community space, although I don't know if it's a problem of the height of the objects or just the sims themselves when sitting.  We have had other instances in the game of sims sinking into the floor.  Will add this one to our list.
