I am having the same issue but I do not even have the option to click on the computer. When it is broken the game acts as if the object doesn't exist, therefore not pulling up any options to repair it. Usually one computer is broken at the beginning of the workday, but by the end 3-4 are not working, sometimes including the Chief's desk.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape. Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Realm of Magic. Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Vintage Glamor, Bowling Night, Paranormal. Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Accompany a Scientist Sim to work at FutureSim Labs, wait for a computer to break, and then click on it to repair it, or try to repair a computer to fulfill a work requirement.
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to repair the computer is not present in the dialogue wheel.
What do you expect to see? The option to repair the computer as before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The above picture is from today. The below picture is from two days ago. I removed the mods I had installed hoping the situation would replicate after taking the screenshot below. I'm not sure when this bug started to happen, I just recently started playing my scientist sims again.

Other items on the lot can be repaired as usual. This bug only seems to affect computers.
