Sims continue to wear hospital gown days after giving birth

This is happening to me as well.. but I can't click a Me too button.

me too, sometimes if you get her to change outfits before she is auto transported from the hospital it will fix the bug, not always but at least most of the time.

I am still seeing this in my game.  The Sim goes to work in an active career and each day at work he changes into the hospital gown.

I’ve been having the same issues even after blacklisting the gown with mccommand center. Every time she feeds the baby she changes into it as well. Really annoying when a posh sim walks around in a hospital gown

Me too... After the update this keeps happening. Never had it happen before. Super annoying!
