The same happens with the towel outfit.

Not sure if it needs a separate thread. This seems fixed but there's other threads that are similar. I'll get back to you when I find some time to search which is best.

EDIT: OK. Yeah, couldn't find anything. Could you create a new thread (please include the towel outfits or any other that have this issue). The bathing suit also seems to never change but that seems to be by design.

If you go to the spa and have then change back to your home lot without changing them back, they'll still wear the towel/robe at home as well.

I only have get to work, city living, pets and recently installed parenthood and seasons. Just started happening after recent additions.

Strange. For me it's pretty reproducible. Maybe some other factor.

Just had this start happening. everytime she wakes up in the morning she changes into the gown. this is after joining her at giving birth at the hospital.

I am finding a similar issue on my legacy save.

Sims do not change out of their hospital gown after having a baby, and then preferentially wear the hospital gown as both their everyday and party outfits forever from that point. This can seemingly be solved by repairing the game, but as soon as the sim has another baby at the hospital, the problem happens again.
