How long have you played with the save after the patch ? It may take a day or two to actually run out again.

This is supposed to be fixed but already affected games might still be.
Is this newly occurring for you or was it bugged from before ?
If it was bugged from before, you'll need to wait a few days for it to go away.

@SimQARobo I've just tested this and got the same issue. I got a "The campaign ended" notification, but I can't purchase more campaigns.
No mods/CC in use.
