Saw this in my game too. A brand new save so I had not made any clubs yet. Went to the beach and there they were with a very strange-club-logo.
At a later point I rotated into one of the households that were in the club and this is what it looks like. The club is game-generated.

I'm having the same issue. The club icon is broken, the thingy above the club leader's head is broken too.
March 2022
I still have this issue, my game is on the latest patch.
March 2022
I'm seeing this as well on the latest patch.
April 2022
Having the same issue. The club was auto-generated and the leader was a townie not in world, so I had to go through all the Sims to find that one Sim, add to world, and play as that household to finally be able to delete it....

This bug has been going on for almost 2 years now... can we get an update?

Still an issue to this day. Hopefully The Sims team will notice this and fix it because it's sad how such an easy fix is taking years...
March 2023
And it's still and issue.. They seem to be a whole lot better at breaking things than fixing them though, so I wouldn't hold my breath.
