Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Sims 4 and navigate to the "Gallery". Go to your username at the top middle and then to "View Catalog". Click on "My Favorites".
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to look at "My Favorites" but it only shows 25 Lots (note: no Households or Rooms show even though I do have those categories saved) that I have saved when there should be many more. When I switch to "Sort By: Most Popular" it shows 25 DIFFERENT Lots/Rooms that I have saved. If I switch from "Category: All:" to "Households" it does show all the households I have saved whether clicked on "Sort By: Newest" or "Most Popular". Switching the "Category:" to "Lots" still only shows 25 lots whether "Sort By:" is set to "Newest" or "Most Popular". Likewise, "Category: Rooms" only shows 25 Rooms when I have more saved and also shows different rooms based on whether "Sort By: Newest" or "Most Popular" is picked. The other options (i.e. "Size:", "Price:", etc.) do not change the amount shown, and only sorts between the 25 that are loaded. I have looked on a creator that I follow's page and it shows that I have favourited Lots that she has made but they do not show up in "My Favorites".
What do you expect to see? "My Favorites" should load all of my favourited Households, Lots, and Rooms instead of just 25.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. "My Favorites" was working as expected as of the 08/03/2023 patch. As of the 09/05/2023 patch, it is no longer working as expected.

Not shown: When scrolled down to the bottom, only 25 options load, with no loading reticule to indicate that it is loading any of my other favourite Content.

When sorted by "Most Popular" it shows 25 different options that it did not show when "Newest" was selected.

Several favorited Lots from a creator I follow show as favourited but none of these Lots show up in my Catalog of Favorited Content.

Selecting a different "Size:" does not load more of my favourited content, and only sorts what is loaded initially when selecting one of the two "Sort By:" options.

I am experiencing the very same issue. My Gallery Favourites (Households,Lots,Rooms) were all showing yesterday. I updated the game today and now almost all of my favourites are "hidden" from the My Favourites Panel. If I search the lot or household by name in the Gallery, I can find it and it shows I have previously favourited it. But they will not appear in the My Favourites Panel, regardless of what filters are selected. It appears the latest patch fixed the duplicates issue but has messed with the favourites list instead. Without the favourites function the Gallery has been useless for weeks

Edit: I stand corrected, the EA duplicate issue is still present, as well as the hidden favourites bug. This and the constant issues with the EA app are incredibly frustrating.

I have been having this issue for weeks. My favorites do not show up, but are favorited when I search for them. It only shows about 25 as well.

I have been having the exact same issue.  I have hundreds of stuff in my favorites and can only see like 25 of them.

This is definitely a bug. I've just done a fresh install of the game (for a different reason) and instead of hundreds of faves it will only load 25 in total.

i have exactly the same issue and im really upset bc i also miss my favourites i had so much of them and i hope they didnt disappear forever and that this bug is gonna be fixed asap

Same Issue, whats the point of my favoriting things if i cant see them? Wish EA would fix this!

I'm having this problem as well, which sucks because I wanted to use a specific nocc wall art for my build, and I couldn't find it anywhere.

Having this issue as well even after the latest patch. 100s of my favorited lots are gone ( only 25 appear for me as well.
