From Strangers to Instant Good Friends After Introduction Bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All current expansions and packs, except for Journey to Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your Sim meet another Sim and introduce themself.
What happens when the bug occurs? The relationship goes up really rapidly, almost to friends, from just an introduction.
What do you expect to see? Sim relationships should not increase this rapidly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

As I was testing my observation that the vanilla sea shells and chocolate caviar dish was not vegetarian-safe, I noticed something else. After the newest update, relationships between Sims are now going up really rapidly. The Sim I was testing the aforementioned observation with started talking to another Sim sitting nearby in the restaurant, and after just an introduction, the relationship bar was instantly a quarter of the way full, almost to friends. It only took one or two more socials for them to be friends. Sim relationships never used to progress this rapidly before.

I tried that and now it's a tiny bit better. when he introduces himself now the relationship bar only fills to one-sixth but about three or four interactions later they at friends.

Not as game-breaking but still bad.

@Sphire_Ziemia Did you reenable mods ? If so, can you test without it ?

If my sim introduces to a new sim the progress is nearly to friend (As she have good reputation) its only little annoying if you want a sims as enemy (mean introduces start too by friendly and needs 2-3 mean actions for neutral)

No Mods and new save.

Everyone with this issue, please list the following info

1. Which introduction have you used ?
2. What traits does your Sim have ?
3. Is your Sim an occult, if so, what ?
4. Do you see it on all Sims in your save ?

I removed all mods, deleted cache, repaired game, and started new save file. Created a random sim and had them do "friendly introduction" on the first sim that walked by. The friendship level was nearly friends after this one introduction. I saved before he could do any other interactions and attached that save file.

This happens in all new save files, regardless of traits, aspiration, or age.

All this family have the same issues + my played human sims. It's almost like my game no longer wants any bad blood. All Introduction start with ++.
