Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in?: English
How often does the bug occur?: Every time I click resume game or load into certain lots
What is your current game version number?: 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them except for Horse Ranch
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By loading into every played lot except for 701 Zenview
What happens when the bug occurs? It sends me to the world selection page and says: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 134:f3b264bf:78e9ac19. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play different households without being kicked out 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: Yes but I removed them when I first came across the issue
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: The issue appeared after the latest update

i accompanied my sim to work and all of the sudden appeared "error 134:f3b264bf:78e9ac19". after that, every time i tried to play, the same error showed up. i´ve already deleted all my cc and repaired the game twice can anyone help ??

Hello.

Today's patch may have fixed this issue.  Is anyone still seeing this particular error after updating the game?

PC: 1.99.305.1020 / Mac: 1.99.305.1220

There's currently no real solution but it should only affect your current save game.

Keep your save somewhere for later and play a new one until Maxis fixes this bug.

If you absolutely wanna play, try these suggestions.

• Check if you can find any household that loads. If you do, enter that one and invite the Sim that you last played over. Go back to the map and play with the household that didn’t load previously on the lot they currently are. Then travel home.
• Enter the lot in build mode, change a few things, switch to live mode and see if it loads.

Try the following

• Close the game
• Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
• Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
• Close the game 
• Copy your save games from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves 
• Start your save game
• Check if you still have the error
• Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Post the most recent update, I canot load into any family in my save, played or unplayed. I tried relaunching, and repairing and then relaunching to no success. I will post am image of the error code. The only mod I had been using was MC Command Center and that was disabled when I tried to load in. 

I also can't find anything on the actual EA Help page to submit this as a bug or an issue.

I did this and the message was still there. I think it’s from MCCC even though It’s not in there anymore. I was playing my save and anything I did would get caught from MCCC so i took it out of the folder and now this message won’t go away.

I can duplicate the error but try the following

1. Load your game via Load Game and not resume

2. Load your played household in San Sequoia (I haven't tried all other lots but that one seems to load fine)

3. Go back to map and load your lot in Oasis Springs that you were playing. It should now load.

Ho provato questa soluzione, ma per me non ha funzionato. Continua a dare lo stesso codice di errore. Dimenticavo: non ho MCC command, ma la Wonderful Whims (che ho cancellato perché anche quella dava problemi) 

I tried this solution, but it didn't work for me. It keeps giving the same error code. I forgot: I don't have MCC command, but the Wonderful Wh1ms (which I deleted because that was causing problems too)
