[OPEN] [ECO] Bulldozing Pinecrest apartments breaks them

@Maysbat Interesting. This bug only happens after bulldozing the lot. If I manually delete everything I can still place the flooring.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to bulldoze an apartment in Eco Living World. It doesn't break the apartment like before but we can't paint the floor after.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not able to paint the floor.
What do you expect to see? Floor painted.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

After bulldozing an apartment in Eco Living World, the apartment is not corrupted anymore, but we are not able to paint the floor.

Guess it was probably always both but didn't show as pinecrest was even more broken.

I just noticed latetly that all eco lifestyle apartments are broken.

1. People keep randomly going into each others apartments

2. They do not open/render and there's no option to knock on the door

3. You cannot change the flooring

4. The front door gets deleted and you cannot enter the apartments

I've tested this on Apartment 4 after finding it Apartment 3, it had the same issue. I tested it with a house, but flooring in the house is working fine.

I couldn’t put flooring because it says there’s no room so I used the room tool to make a big room and I can now place flooring. I didn’t had to bulldoze the whole apartment just put a few items in my inventory and put them back.

When I try to place any floor it says It must be placed on a floor tile, if I hold shift and apply the flooring that way It places it but doesn't actually show up.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stonestreet apartments, build mode, change flooring. Doesn't change flooring and if you bulldozed lot, it only leaves the concrete behind when trying to add new flooring.
What happens when the bug occurs? In build mode and live mode.
What do you expect to see? I try to change flooring but it does not update to what I want. It just stays with the generic concrete.

@Baammiiee I had the same issue. I was able to place a room, covering the entire lot, and that seemed to fix the bug of not being able to place flooring. Please let me know if this helped.

What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot paint floor patter
What do you expect to see? A perfect painting whole second floor for all patter
