I had this problem, but my mistake was like the others. I placed the rug out and put it back. sold it, made a new one. I just checked it was there. did not even click on it. could send it. not had the problem since (knock on wood)

Just a heads up.

While you can't at times use the computer you CAN place the item in question from the household inventory into the lot and have the "Send to Client for Approval" option on it.

You don't even need a working computer in your lot.

That does not help for the rug as that is not clickable in live mode, though.

The option showed up on the computer for me. But the object has to be in your household inventory.

@ninabynature now i cant even open the save file 😞 i disabled all mods and cc and its still broken i just have to hope for a patch

I also had the same problem did freelancing career for Eco Lifestyle but never got promoted....

You have to leave it in your household inventory and then click the option on the computer. It should be able to work

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.131.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all of them..get to work, seasons, etc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get a fabricate rug gig
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I send the fabricated rug to the client, the client is happy with item but yet I'm not getting credit for sending it and therefore can't finish the gig and get paid
What do you expect to see? I expect to see that I get credit for sending in the fabricated rug and getting paid for it
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
