What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, Outdoor retreat, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, kids room, laundry day, tiny living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level 3 of the civil designer career
What happens when the bug occurs? The footwear for the job outfit seems to be flippers.
What do you expect to see? Either boots or normal shoes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Footwear in the new career, civil designer, seems to be flippers, not sure if its a bug, an oversight or something I need to change in my game.

Civil Designer Sims will no longer come home after work wearing random footwear. I’m all for putting your feet up after work, but switching footwear in the middle of things and coming home from work in a completely different state as you went out, is kinda suspicious.

Fixed in Patch 1.66.139/ 1.31

Patch notes only talk about footwear but I'm hoping it's both.

Guess another case of wrong footwear assignment. It's probably just random.

I have this problem too, why does Alexander Goth is wearing this?! 

Is there a way to modify work outfit with simple cheat? Because I have tried one and it did not work.

Im currently playing with Bess from the new world and she’s in the new career and i noticed she would come home from work wearing high heels i thought it was a little strange figured she would wear boots or sneakers.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level your sim to step two in the Civil Designer Career: Architectural Apprentice
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever my sim goes to work or comes back, he's wearing slick red stilettos with that construction hat outfit.
What do you expect to see? Probably some work boots for both genders

Not that I mind hot guys in stilettos, it just seems an interesting choice of footwear for the job.

What do you expect to see? The civil designer career outfit
