[OPEN] Death Flower missing ready-to-evolve sparkles [ Edited ]

I have a pair of Death Flowers that have each undergone several evolutions in quality but they seem to be the only plant that does not visually indicate that they are ready to evolve as the telltale sparkles are consistently absent.
The option to Evolve does periodically appear on their menu and the quality does improve after the evolve animation.

The process itself seems fine, the ready-to-evolve sparkles just need to be added to the Death Flower.

2. Are you using custom content (as in clothing and objects) ? No

3.What is your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win 7, Win 8, Win 8.1) ? Win 8.1

4.Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game ? Download

death flower wont have sparkels? it is already in perfect state

Death Flowers are not inherently Perfect quality.

The Death Flowers in my game started as Normal and they are progressing in quality without visual indication that they are ready to Evolve.

yeah i finally have my death flowers same as you no glitters  on the death flower same as you i have to keep checking on it to evolve to the next improved quality level

 tbh i have no idea if it  it may be intended to be this way or not  might have to wait until monday and see if   i can tweet Simguru  to see if this is an oversight/abug/or intented
