How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? send sim to teach law class at university when in the legal career
What happens when the bug occurs? I use my sim's phone to tell them to guest lecture at law class in university, the sim briefly disappears then returns and LE displays
What do you expect to see? Sim disappear then return once the guest lecture is completed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I removed my mods file to check and see if it was something in the file causing the issue, however the LE still happened even with no mods or CC installed.

@crinrict So sorry forgot to include it. Both for interactions from phone that go like "visit university law class" and for "speak as a guest at uni" my Sim is in Law Career, I believe level 9. I tried to do these as work from home tasks. The speak as a guest still fulfilled, but the sim immediately reappeared after leaving, while fo visit the law class, the sim did not leave at all, juat got the LE immediately

@crinrict Unfortunately I never took the exam, as my sim jumped to level 7 after his university degree, so I cannot say 😅

I’m having a similar issue. When I send my sim to guest lecture on law, he walks to the exit point for my home lot, then nothing happens (or he ‘jumps’ a little like the action was reset). If I take him to uni to do it, he walks up to the entrance point for the building, and nothing happens. I encountered this with mods installed, then removed my mods folder and retried with exact same results.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when i'm trying to use the phone options for "Visit University Law Class" and "Guest Speak at University about Law" within the Law Career.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a Last Exception or the Sim resets and does nothing.
What do you expect to see? The Sim goes to the goes through the rabbit hole and stays until the activity is complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I remove all custom content except MCCC and test it again. The LE was still happening after doing that.

@Teresa0909 Could you remove all your mods, delete the localthumbcache file, trigger the error and then upload the LE you find in the documents folder ?
