[OPEN] [DO] Sims cancel eating in restaurants

Not to mention it takes almost 5 hours to eat a meal. And we can’t get anybody to stay in their seats!

More than a year later and this bug still isn't fixed. I get around it by ordering my sims food, and once they finish, I then order drinks. I noticed NPCs on other tables who order food and drinks together only finish their drinks and ignore their food. They just sit blankly, not talking, sometimes with a fork in hand, and sometimes with their hand in the fork-holding position sans fork as if they're going to eat but they never do. Dine Out was my favourite pack, but now it's just aggravating. Never had this problem with sims 2.

This problem came back.

Oh my gosh!!

My favorite pack is always breaking aftter each expansion release!

It's started after Snowy Escape! 

Sims are drinking in restaurants, but not eating. 

I was not using mods, but I had to use to fix this problem and even so was not enough!

@ceunon20 Playing with restaurant, and just noticed that if waiters clear used glasses, NPC Sims will finish eating. Those whacky Sims!

Noticed that if I don't order a drink to my npc guest they will eat

@MarleyTheWizard Yes the essence of this bug is that finishing a drink will also cancel eating which is fatal in restaurants.

Several months later and this bug is still happening... nothing else to add, it's self explanatory.

Came here to say that I am also having this issue but I really cannot believe that EA have not fixed this in well over a year! What is going on? Have they forgotten Dine Out?
