[OPEN] Certain full-body outfits result in strange body shapes [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sliding the belly and the butt of your sims with some clothes.
What happens when the bug occurs? Some Full Body clothes are getting strange shapes in the legs, when you slide the belly and the butt of the sims. I've noticed it with the Seasons formal clothes, the one with multiple swatches. But happens with other clothes too.
What do you expect to see? Normal shapes
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. November patch (11/10/2020)

I've tested these clothes in several Sims: males, females, teens, young adult, adult, elder, in new saves, old saves. It happens everytime. I've asked some friends to try this out too and the same happened in their games.

I don't know if this is the best way to post them, but here they are! I've checked the female and bottom clothes too and did not see anything wrong with them.

I have noticed my pregnant sims pants balloon out past her belly sometimes too, and skirts.....so far only custom content but I wonder if I maybe am encountering the same issue.

I noticed the same issue with some clothing items. Specifically, with the suit in the photo. I thought it was an issue with male clothing over female frames, but I tried the suit on a male sim and it also looked weird, though not as weird as this female sim. Maybe the issue is related with broader thighs, but that's just an speculation.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put on Full clothes for muscle sims and fat sims. And Sliding Max the belly and the thigh. Please look at the front and the side.
What happens when the bug occurs? Some Full Body clothes are getting strange shapes in the legs, when you slide the belly and the thigh of the sims .But happens with other clothes too.
